A note from our founder
I’m Serena, a wife and mom of two who believes in the power of creativity, whimsy, and a world where you can have both a successful business serving others and the time freedom you’ve dreamed of. Yes, it’s hard as hell, but through the commitment of building heartfelt and strategic brands, I created a company that is transparent, flexible, and operates from a place of integrity and purpose. Heartfelt purpose. A place that you, our clients, know your ideas are heard, your vision is nurtured, your hard work is valued. Working with people in the early stages of their business, or in a season where they are ready to shift gears and grow, allows me to help them in a way that tangibly brings their visions to life.
I started my journey as an entrepreneur creating editorial content as a freelancer while finishing graduate school. When I began working with a corporate start-up, I began working with clients in all stages of growth. It made me curious – there are so many options to work with from an agency standpoint – where could my expertise be the most impactful? Your business has a story to be told, both through words and visuals…and I knew that I wanted to help you tell it. I find so much happiness in developing your brand, working with my team to custom code your websites, and seeing your businesses “in the wild” sharing what you love with so much enthusiasm and unbridled joy.
Lastly, the Boomerang came from a joke from my husband at the onset of our relationship – what do you call a boomerang that doesn’t come back?
